What If

- Drinking: Tea. Nothing more. Nothing less.
So, I've managed to find myself a band. Whether I manage to remain in said band is currently a mystery to me, but at the moment, it works. In the spirit of music, I wrote a song that naturally has nothing to do with any of that. Let me know what you think.
What would you do if I said
That our life is just a dream.
What if I said to you tonight
That this love isn't what it seems.
Tonight we rest our heads above us,
Flying high above the sea.
What would you do if I said to you
That I don't want this to be.
Oh, I can't see the day.
There's hope in mysterious moves,
And dark suspicious ways through shadow
Hope dully to break the mood.
Oh, where'd you hide her?
I found myself in two.
There's not a boy or girl in the world
That isn't just like you.
What would you do if I said to you,
That this life is just a dream.
What if I said to you tonight
That this love isn't what it seems.
Tonight we rest our heads above us,
Flying high above the sea.
What you would do if I said to you
That I don't want this to be.
Oh, steer direction,
Facing forward and true,
There's no tomorrow, don't look back
As our hearts will fade from view.
This is a race of voice and posture,
Hear me when I say it is.
There's nothing we can do for them,
Such ignorance is bliss.
What would you do if I said to you,
That this life is just a dream.
What if I said to you tonight
That this love isn't what it seems.
Tonight we rest our heads above us,
Flying high about the sea.
What would you do if I said to you
That I don't want this to be.
What if there was a God above
Who put his hand on me,
What if I was to to say to you
That I don't want this to be.

I found this person had favourited a piece of mine -- and at first I thought you had another account? But then I realized it was just a weird coincidence. I don't know, just thought you might find it humorous.
